Anyone with an active Residwell login: residents, RAs, admins, field technicians, and executives. We don't double-count users who hold multiple roles. Inactive accounts (former members, moved-out guests) are excluded automatically on the first of the following month.
No. On a la carte, each module is billed only for the people whose role can work in it, and that includes anyone who can see other members' records there, not just those who edit. What a role can't reach, you don't pay for. That is the lever you control with roles: build a custom role that leaves a module out, and the people you assign it to are never billed for that module, even while it stays on for everyone else. The one exception is the Enterprise Bundle: one flat per-user price for every active user, whatever they can access.
Yes. Module changes take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Turning a module off stops billing for it on the next invoice; turning one on adds a partial-month line item for the days remaining in the cycle.

Any user can be “suspended,” meaning they can't log in but aren't removed from your books. We don't bill for “suspended” users, allowing you to keep track of users without it affecting your wallet during off-cycles.
